Tracking "Re-Assign" / "Request for Information" Actions in Process Automation(OPA) Process Diagram

We have observed that when approvers perform Re-Assign or Request for Information actions on tasks, these actions do not trigger any visible events or activities in the Process diagram.

Consequently, it becomes difficult to track the complete history of the document or process instance in our VBCS screen.

While there are audit APIs available, the information they provide is not sufficiently clear or detailed to effectively track these actions.

  • Is there any way to design the process to capture and reflect these actions within the process flow or audit trail?
  • Are there best practices to enhance visibility of "Re-Assign" and "Request for Info" actions?
