Buyer has to receive email notification when PO is Approved/Rejected

Summary:


The requirement is for users to receive FYI notifications via email. ex: if PO is created, buyer has to receive email notification, approvers need to receive approval notifications via email etc. currently Buyers are not receiving email notifications.
Need to understand how this can be enabled.
