View Transcript is missing from the My Learning page

The View Transcript option was appearing when we initially set up the Learning module. However, after making changes to our custom employee role and overall configuration (profile options, lookups, etc.), it no longer appears. I reviewed the configuration and security role and cannot pinpoint where the issue stems from. Are there specific privileges that should be attached to the employee role connected to transcript? If so, which ones?
