Bulk Managing of POV Lock Status

Summary:

I am testing the feature released in 24.11 for locking status. I am able to access the Lock Tab, but I am not getting an locations to return on search. Are there any known issues with this feature now or am I missing a setting that needs to be updated. I have tried several applications in several different pods.
