Troubleshooting Tips for Eloqua Profilers in Salesforce
Hiya!
We have a large number of Salesforce users that rely on Eloqua Profiler in Salesforce. Odd thing, the bulk of the SFDC users can see profilers with no problem. But there's a small number that can't. We have some internal troubleshooting steps like restarting, clearing cookies/cache, confirming the user profiler in ELQ has the Profiler permission, and the SFDC Federation ID is in ELQ, etc.
I'm wondering if anybody has an existing troubleshooting list they could share so we can make sure we're hitting all of our bases! From the ELQ side or SFDC side.
