We are looking to implement HR Help Desk for a client. However I am a little puzzled regarding the notifications capabilities of this module. Is there no intimation of a service request assigned, update on the service request as well as Closure of the service request ?
How are employees notified on the progress of the SR?
How do agents keep track of the same?
If someone has faced the same issue, please guide us here.
