ADP workforce now v2 interface is not tracking the assignment status change

The ADP integration is not pulling the position id and is paid by WFN field value as expected when there is a change in assignment status.

We've raised a service request and received an update stating that the delivered integration won't track changes in assignment status. That doesn’t sound right.. it is key field to notify the payroll system when employee moves from active - payroll eligible to acitve- no payroll or suspended - no payroll.

Accoring to Oracle document it should be,

Position IDThe application derive the Position ID from Company code, File ID and Ispaidby WFN flag. Position ID = Company code (3 Char) + File ID (6 Characters) + ‘N’ (if assignment status = Active – No Payroll, Else Blank)
