In the Verify I9 task in the Journey we have created for new Student Employees, some of our users (in our Financial Aid office) do not see the student employee in the HireRight list after clicking Go To Website. The HireRight website opens, but there are no employees listed.

For others (in our HR office) they do see the correct student listed on the HireRight website.
