POST to Personal Payment Method API showing inactive bank acoount

Hi there,

I am facing an issue while posting, the personal payment API. The bank account was created using External bank accounts API. The account created is showing up when we do a get call on it aswell. But when the bank account is used to create a Personal Payment method it responds with an error stating Bank Account is inactive. I have checked all the start dates and end dates related to the bank account and everything seems to be proper.

On top of that what ever account that was created through external bank accounts API, we used the same bank accounts to create the personal payment method throught the UI in Cloud fusion and that is working fine. The same operation with the same accounts if done throught the Payment Methods API is throwing an error.
