How the translations work in RAG Agent

Currently the RAG Agents support 4 languages - English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, does it mean if any questions asked
in those 3 languages (except English) , will the response be given from English document ingested using translation or the Agent
will respond from only those particular language specific document ingested.

We have different policy documents from different countries , how can from the ingested documents Agents can distinguish country specific policy details, few countries are having
English document different leave policies ingested, how the Agent can understand the end user (the employee) from which country and
respond according to the end user country specific policy details for new hire employees.
