Transaction console does not show old transactions post refresh

We recently had a P2T refresh of our TEST env. Post refresh when we are trying to access a transaction through Transaction Console in our TEST (Cloned) env, we are not able to see any transaction that is created before refresh date.

We were expecting to see a transaction in TEST env that was created in PROD to debug an issue.

Any leads would be helpful.,
