How I create agent in Help desk?

Hello,


I assigned the Help Desk Agent role to a user in Oracle HCM Help Desk. The role assignment is completed successfully, but when I try to add the user as a resource in the queues, the agent does not appear in the available list.

Does anyone know if there’s an additional configuration step required (for example related to security profiles, data roles, or queue settings) to make the agent selectable?
