Redwood - How to correctly reverse a termination?
We recently moved to Redwood, we processed a termination and the next day submitted/approved the reversal. (Steps we took: My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show More > Terminate Employment > Search Person > Select Reverse Termination)The employee is showing active again (as expected), but the PTO time is still trying to pay out and should not be. Anyone else have this issue and know how to resolve?
