I need to add an additional pause in the orchestration process

Summary:

On the basis of the header BU, and the Freight Terms on the line level, I need to introduce a pause in the Orchestration Process. Only once the order is shipped and the Sales Team gets a confirmation from the customer, pause will be released. I have added the conditions, but it doesn't seem to work. Has anyone worked on a similar requirement?
