New internal Item is Not Populating in RSSP Redwood Requisition page

Item ABC appears in multiple shopping lists, but it doesn’t show up in the RSSP UI when selecting a shopping list and searching by item number.

Alternatively, I navigated to Self‑Service Procurement > More Tasks > Enter Requisition Line, selected Yes, select an existing item, and searched for item number ABC—but I still couldn’t locate the item details.

Note we added other item recently 123 able to see this item in RSSP.

Successfully run Maintain Shopping Search Index - job for both items.
