I am facing login issue in Smart view in NR. I am able to login either in Excel or Word. I am not able to login both excel and word at same time. At present I am using 25.100 version. In previous versions I could login to a NR connection both in MS Word and MS Excel.

For your information, there is no problem when logging in to FCCS connection. There is no problem with credentials as I am able to login to NR application with same credentials.

I have tried deleting connections and creating new connections.
In one iteration I first logged into Excel which is successful, but I am not able to login into Word and viceversa.
