Routing Job Offer Approval based on ICP & Salary Percent Increase
Summary:
My client's current requirement is that we route an Offer Letter based on the ICP Amount & Salary Increase Percent (Internal Only). Most Offer Letters will route for approval to the Hiring Manager (Hierarchy) and the Compensation team (AoR), depending on ICP & Salary Percent. The main layer of complexity is that based on the ICP amount and the Hiring Manager's management level, determines whether or not the Offer Letter needs to route to another approver; each Hiring Manager has an authorization limit, so if it is over that limit it must go to another individual.
