Has anyone connected to tiktok Shop via Rest Adapter in OIC?

I have a need to connect to Tik Tok Shop using REST Adapter in OIC. It has multiple parts such as generating the access token and then generating a refresh token from that. We will use this to run a script that automatically signs into the app using the sign and shop_cipher params. I am not sure how to go about these states using OIC to connect to TikTok.

Any help is appreciated.
