I understand that in Eloqua, withou purchasing any license, we can enable the AI features by raising an SR. If yes, please mention whether the below mentioned AI features in Eloqua can be implemented

  • Can AI optimize send time per individual guest automatically?
  • Can offers be dynamically personalized based on past spend, city, or preferences (e.g., farm stays vs chalets)?
  • Does the system provide churn prediction alerts and suggest campaigns to re-engage at-risk guests?
  • Does the platform recommend the “next best channel” (e.g., WhatsApp vs Email) for each guest based on engagement?
  • Can the AI forecast guest lifetime value (LTV) and use it to prioritize high-value guests in campaigns?
