Why when we did a change in a custom data access set, it is not applied?

Hi,

We added a new member in a custom data access set in ERP Financials and it is not getting picked. Users can't post journal entries even if it's have write access for these new entities.

We ran the process Synchronize Data Access Set and Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes. We can see the changes appear for a short period of time and disappearing afterwards.

Is there another process to run?
