Custom line manager role unable to see the position in create job requisition

Issue Summary:
We are experiencing a critical access issue with our custom "Line Manager" role, which includes additional privileges from the "Hiring Manager" role.
This role functioned correctly prior to the Redwood update and no issue in Responsive UI.

Problem Description:
Since the implementation of Redwood, users assigned to this custom Line Manager role are facing access restrictions.
These limitations appear to be linked to data roles and security profiles, and persist even when the seeded Line Manager role is applied.

Business Impact:

  • Line Managers are currently unable to perform essential tasks.
  • All functional work dependent on this role have come to a halt.
