Hi Team,
I am facing this issue of Agent not available when previously it was working fine with the same role. Is there any changes on the roles?
I have all the Admin roles, Permission group Enabled, Profile Options enabled for VBCS enabled as well.
I have also followed this doc and ran the Import user and role application security scheduled process.
