VBS - Edit contact page Vs Create Contact - Marital status field

Hi Team,

We have observed that in "Family and Emergency" contact page the field Marital Status is not available at "Create Contact" page but the same is available during "Edit Contact" page - when I am trying to check in VBS if the field is hidden - the whole field itself is not available. See below screenshot:


Does anyone know why so and if there is any way to enable this field at create contact page as well.
