FCCS 'Clear Invalid Intersections' Not Responding

I've run the Invalid Intersection Report in FCCS as System Administrator and identified some invalid intersections. However, when I clicked on the "Clear Invalid Intersections" option, nothing happened. I expected this action to automatically clear the invalid intersections, but it doesn’t seem to be functioning. Is this feature currently active in FCCS? Has anyone used this feature successfully before? If yes, could you please share the steps by which this can be achieved?
