Unexpected behavior: Approval flow reassign to line manager when task not completed after calimed
For our resignation process we have set up an approval flow where it:
1. Assigns to the Line manager and
2. After Line manager approves it asiignes a HR Role
3. Then a person from HR claims the task from the BPM list and approves in the end.
It has been so for years, but we are suddenly experiencing that it reassigns to the line manager after some time if the HR person does not complete/approve the task.
Nothing has been changed and there are no deadlines or expiration set for this flow.
Is there anyone else experiencing this or has an idea of what is happening?
