How can I accomplish the following tasks using the Appearance and Structure tools within Sandbox?

Summary:

We are currently exploring the customization options available within Sandbox > Appearance and Structure tools and have encountered several limitations. Specifically:

Adding external icons to IHub does not seem to work as expected.

Changing the font type and size has no visible effect.

Modifying the icon shapes beside the User Profile Icon (Home, Bell, Favorites, Watchlist) only changes the color, not the shape.

Attempts to change the arrow shape in the Springboard were unsuccessful.

Replacing the "Ask Me" button with a GIF image did not work.

Are these known limitations of the Appearance and Structure tools in Sandbox? Or are there specific configurations or workarounds needed to make these customizations effective?
