Is it possible to send FYI when enterprise contract support document change or delete

Summary:

When a supporting document attached to an active enterprise contract is deleted or changed by a specialist, the system must send an FYI notification to all approvers who had approved that contract earlier.

  • In Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts, once a contract is in Active status, changes to attachments (supporting documents) are not routed automatically for approval unless the Amendment process is triggered.

Deleting or changing attachments normally does not notify previous approvers unless you configure a BPM/Workflow extension or business event.
