How to retrieve a requisition when the filtered results exceeds the 10,000 limit?

Summary:

In a given year, a single requester may create more than 10,000 requisitions for a single supplier. But because the Redwood table is limited to 10,000 results, and the filter options are insufficient, all requisitions meeting these criteria never appear in the results.
