HR Help Desk - Forward/Backward action of SR tickets in the Ticket details page not working

The forward/backward arrow in the SR ticket details page is not working according to expection.

My customer reported previously that the forward/backward arrow to advance to next ticket is not working according to expectation.

This happens when you are working on your 2nd last SR ticket and when you want to go to the last ticket by clicking on the forward arrow. It does not advance to the last ticket.

If anyone encounters the same and how do you overcome it, pls. could you share.
