We have a requirement to apply the Promotion using a Promo Code only X no if times. For Example :- Promo Code -"BLACKFRIDAY" to be applied only for 1000 times / Orders

Also we have an requirement to Restrict the Promo Code to be applied only once per Customer Account
Ex- Using the Promo Code - "FIRST" the Customer can avail 30% Discount only on the first Order placed for the Customer Account

As per the release documentation 25C , such scenario is not being covered. Could you please help to check for any possible way to achieve the same
