Payment Process Request Approval Error Notification-

Hi Expert: can see require setup is already work & was able to approve the payment, but suddenly it is not working. I also revalidated the BPM rule specific to PPR. how to fix this, any report or any dignostic related to this BPM worklist approval error to check, can give more detail of error??

Cause

 Probable causes includes a participant doesn't have any active rules, no matching rule exists, the rule definition is incorrect, or none of the rules evaluates to true.
