Purging and Reprocessing Transfer Orders

Summary:

We have several Transfer Orders stuck in Shipping Interface errors. The WSH_INTERFACE_ERRORS table shows errors such as:

  • WSH_OI_INVALID_UOM
  • WSH_IMT_IVLD_SHIPTO_LOC_ID

Once these underlying issues were resolved, attempted to purge the interface errors by running the job:
“Purge Shipping Interface" with Transaction Errors for the relevant date range.

However, the job log shows: Eligible records: 0
As a result, the error records are not getting purged, and we currently have over 5,000+ such records.

Request:

  • How can we successfully purge these errored interface records from the shipping interface?
  • Once purged, what is the correct way to reprocess the related Transfer Orders?
