Transfer from Oracle Digital Assistant to Live Chat from HCM landing page
Summary:
We understand that as it currently stands, in order to transfer from Oracle Digital Assistant to Help Desk Live Chat, this must be done via the My Help Employee UI. Do we know if Oracle plan to enhance this functionality and allow us to transfer to Help Desk Live Chat from the standard Digital Assistant (which we have surfaced on all pages across our application suite? At the moment, users must click into My Help from the HCM landing page in order to initiate an ODA conversation before its transferred to a Live Chat Agent. As we already have a
