Unable to view email campaigns created when the campaign manager role is assigned to a user

Unable to view email campaigns created when the campaign manager role is assigned to a user.

The same Campaign Manager role is also added to an Administrator and we are able to see the Campaigns created. We are also facing a RestApi error when we creating a 'Post' campaign and hence unable to select the 'HCM Communication' team.
