Approval Rules: Receive approval notification only on Oracle

Hello everyone,

we have configured the approval rules “Learning Request” in Transaction console, the rule allows the manager and hr to receive an approval notification via email and in platform when an employee requests to enroll in a course.

The customer would like to receive the approval notification only on Oracle (in the bell icon), so they do not want to receive emails.

is this possible? how can this be turned off via email?
