We want to reset the approval history based on the quote status

Summary:

We perform change order multiple time and during this time we submit the quote for approval and for the second time we want to retrigger the approval the approval is not triggering due to approval history stored. so we want to reset the approval history based on the quote status. how can we do this. For the approval attribute "approval_history_requestChange_quote" we want to reset it.
