Offset is not getting default value as source account

Hello,

As per "https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/enterprise-profitability-cost-management-cloud/pcmpl/defining_an_allocation_rule_offset.html" this document, if we keep offset account blank then it will pick source account as default. However, in our scenario where we are using parent value for source account, and for offset we want to use as same as what we have in source account, but system is picking offset account as target account.

Why we kept offset account blank as because system did not allow to select parent value(what we have source account) and hence kept blank as per above document.
