Need help on identifying Employee Location through Line Managers login while terminating

Summary:

Hello,

We have a requirement to configure and put a validation on Termination Date in the Terminate Employment page, where the time zone of the termination date should be the time zone of the employee who is being terminated. Since this is a redwood page, we are trying to achieve this by writing a javascript code of VBS. To do so, we are trying to identify ways of getting the manager's direct reportee's office location and we need some guidance in doing so. Any direction towards this would help us move ahead.
