Clarification on BPM Worklist Notification Retention and Archival Process

Hi Oracle Expert,

We’ve observed in 25B Version that after a certain period, users are unable to view FYI/ACTION or other read/unread notifications in the BPM Worklist. Even when applying filters such as “Last 7 Days,” “Last 60 Days,” or “All,” past notifications do not appear.

In some cases, supplier contacts receive notifications from the PO Buyer or RFQ Owner via BPM Task. However, if a supplier claims they haven’t received any system email, we’re unable to trace the notification. Additionally, the PO Buyer or RFQ Owner’s BPM Worklist does not display the notification after a certain time, making it difficult to verify.
