Resign From Employment page,In work relationship,can current primary work relation be auto-populated

in Human Capital Management

Hi Team,

We want to check the feasibility of attaining the Current and Primary Work Relationship to be auto-populated as the only drop-down value under "Work Relationship" Drop down value of Resign from Employment page.

Please let us know if this is currently feasible to attain in 25C version Redwood or are there any workarounds available, as multiple drop-downs are creating confusions for end users/employees.
