Issue with Cascade Option Not Saving in Oracle Fusion PPM Project Template

I am currently configuring a project template in Oracle Fusion PPM and have encountered an issue with the cascade option. Specifically, when I set the cascade option to "Cascade project start date change to affected task" and save the template, the setting reverts back to the default "Do not cascade" option upon reopening.

I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Could you please review this and advise on how to resolve the issue? We require the cascade option to remain as "Cascade project start date change to affected task" on the template to meet our project requirements.
