When Downloading the General Ledger Accounts Detail Report in CSV format - Date Format Issue

We are experiencing major flaws in one of the mostly widely used out-of-box report "General Ledger Accounts Details Report" in Fusion (Standard Report).

— Accounting Date Format and Batch Period Date Format Error when Reports are downloaded in CSV Format
Whenever we download any report mainly General Ledger Accounts Detail Report from Fusion in CSV format, accounting period originally looks like for e.g. 24-Oct where 24 as the Day and Oct as the month but in the actual PDF output accounting period appears as Oct-24, as Oct the month and 24 as the year. When we try to convert this date manually it converts to 10/24/25 - October 24, 2025, which is incorrect because this is supposed to be Oct-24.
