Hi Experts!

In ORC using 25B, we have recently seen two errors IRC_JOBOFR_HANDOFF_NOAUTOFILL on two offers with the same hire date (9/15/2025) within different CSPs, different offer letters, and no errors in relation to the data in the offers that could cause an issue when converting to Pending Worker or Moving to HR.
Does anyone know if there could be another cause associated with the error code: IRC_JOBOFR_HANDOFF_NOAUTOFILL or if there are any fields associated with this error that we can update to advise our recruiting teams?
