Can we keep a supplier account accessible after an employee with a vendor organization leaves?
Summary:
Currently, when an employee with a vendor organization leaves, their supplier account becomes inaccessible (for bid submission or email communication no longer works) and the client must inactivate the supplier profile and create another one to grant a different employee access to supplier portal.
We are asking if there is a way to keep the supplier account active and accessible even after an employee with the vendor organization leaves. It would help the client by maintaining the active supplier profile rather than having to inactivating and creating another one to give a different employee access to the same supplier portal.
