Has anyone resolved DOO-2685447 during trade compliance integration with order orchestration?

Hello,

I am currently working on integrating trade compliance activities within order orchestration. Specifically, I am using the processFulfillmentResponse operation of the OrderFulfillmentResponseService SOAP service to send the trade compliance screening result to the order. However, I am encountering the following error:

"Order Management can't process fulfillment line {FLINE}, for item {ITEM} because the orchestration process isn't on a wait step or it doesn't respond. (DOO-2685447)"

If anyone has worked on a similar requirement or faced this issue before, I would appreciate any insights or suggestions you might have.
