Multi Line Aggregation Reporting that was discussed in November's Reporting Product Spotlight

In November's product spotlight Eric went over how to aggregate data from the experience or education block.  Has anyone tried to do this?

I am having problems creating the variables for creating the 'education' block that was viewied.  The variable was pretty complex, and was shown quickly in the session - so I haven't been able to capture all the data from the session.

I am also interested in understanding more about the rank function.  Does anyone know what Taleo dcomentation this is explanined in, so I can do some further research?
