Hello,

We are exploring the possibility of automatically sending a notification to the assigned buyer when a Purchase Order (PO) receipt is recorded, so that the buyer can approve or reject the receipt.

Currently:

  • In Oracle Cloud Procurement, we have not found a standard configuration that enables this directly.
  • We reviewed available information (attached images/internal documentation), but we were unable to configure the notification.
  • It has been mentioned that this might require the Manufacturing module, but we do not have confirmation.
