AI Agent Studio - Pricing for Customization of Delivered Agents

Summary:

Since AI Agents are new functionality, we're trying to wrap our head around how the pricing model will work for custom agents.

Questions we have include:

  1. At what point does copying a delivered Agent and making changes make it a 'custom' agent
  2. Is there documentation on how much different agents will be? Is it going to be priced on an agent-by-agent basis?
  3. Is there a scheduled Customer Connect session relating to pricing of AI Agents?
