Hi Team,

We are using a custom role and facing one issue. One user has access only to View Work Relationship Info, but under Work Relationship the user is not able to see the Projected Termination Date. This user does not have any termination role.

First, I tried adding View Termination Info and View Work Relationship Info function security policies to the custom role, but it didn’t work. Then I added a data security policy, and after that the field started appearing.

However, the client asked why we had to add the data security policy manually, as they expected it to come automatically with the function security and role. Please provide inputs on how to justify adding a data security policy in a custom role.
