How to manage touchless buying and manually created POs.

Summary:

We have 2 types of PO that can be created, Punchout and Non-Catalog. For Punchout, we want to use touchless buying to create and submit PO automatically. for Non-Catalog, these go through manual processing into PO. We have some DFFs that are required for these POs at the Header. Will making these DFFs required still allow for the punchout requisitions to go through touchless buying, or will the system mark them as incomplete until the values are entered by some user?
